1. How to place an order ?

Step 1. Select the item you would like to purchase
Step 2. Please add the item to shopping cart and check out
Step 3. Please fill in all relevant information via check out,
            eg. customer and receiver information, Delivery Time & Date and payment method
Step 4. Confirmed all information is correct
Step 5. Send the information & make payment to complete the order

2. I did not receive an order confirmation when I completed the transaction,
    did my order get though?

The system will automatically send you an order confirmation after your order is completed. There may be a problem with the system so that your confirmation e-mail doesn’t come through, usually, the order has still gone through and it is just a problem with the e-mail delivery.

(i)   Your email address is invalid or mistaken 
(ii)  Your mailbox categorized the order confirmation letter as spam, please check your spam folder
(iii)  However to be sure, it is best to contact our support team by email " order@bkt.com.hk",  
       we will check your order and confirm that everything has worked out

3. How do I change or cancel an order?

(i) No cancellation could be made once the orders are completed
(ii) If the payment is not yet completed, please click the Shopping Cart, and
     select "Cancel the Order" and "Delete" 
(iii) Contact our support team by email " order@bkt.com.hk" 

Payment and Invoice Issue

1. How do I pay for my order?

You are welcome to pay with PayPal, VISA & MasterCard
(i) Full Payment will be required in order to process the order
(ii) We do not accept cash payment and cash on delivery

2. I did not get the invoice when I receive the items?

All invoices are created by the electronic system according to the actual purchase of goods and the amount, it can not be designated to open other commodity name or amount

Delivery Charge and Delivery Issue

1. How is the delivery charge calculated? How much purchase can I enjoy free of delivery?

(i) Free delivery for order of total cost above HK$2000 (Net Price)
(ii) For order of total cost less than HK$2000, a delivery charge of HK$200 is required
(iii) Delivery to Tung Chung and Sai Kung, delivery charge of HK$200 is also required
(iv) Currently we do not provide delivery service to Lantau Island, Discovery Bay and other outlying islands

2. Can I specify the arrival time? Is there a delivery on public holiday?

There will be delivery service during public hoilday
You can choose the delivery time from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. everyday

3. Could I make any changes or reschedule my delivery after the transaction is completed?
